Refund policy

 In case you are eligible for return, you will have 3 business days to return the product in its original condition, without opening its wrappers in perfect condition. And the customer will be responsible for paying for the  shipping .

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
LB FRAGANCES is not responsible for damage to perfumes at the time of being sent.


Exchanges

LB FRAGANCES does not receive or accept returns of perfumes already sent. Please review very well the details of the item to buy so that you are sure that it is what you want.

Losses:

LB FRAGANCES is not responsible for loss of packages or theft of the same. Make sure to provide your home address very well before paying in the shopping cart, so that your package is sent and you receive it on time.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
